Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 or a $9.70 flat rate on all other orders

PROCESSING TIME We do our best to keep you satisfied and get your orders out as soon as possible! In saying that, all orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends ad public holidays)

TRACKING Once your order has been shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly from the Australia Post website

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand

SALES PERIODS There may be a delay during our launch and sales periods so please keep that in mind as it may take an extra 1-2 business days to process your order

MISSING PACKAGE Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages, or packages delayed in transit. We recommend contacting Australia Post directly for any issues as it may result in a faster solution
